Meals
Hemlock Overlook contracts with French Connections Catering to provide delicious meals. Choose from hot or continental breakfasts, hot or boxed lunches, and snacks.
Breakfast If your team prefers a hot breakfast, you will enjoy scrambled eggs, sausage and/or bacon, mini muffins or toast, seasonal fruit salad, and coffee and tea. Continental breakfast is made up of assorted pastries and breads, fruit salad, yogurt, granola, and coffee and tea.
Lunch For a hot lunch, choose from lasagna (meat, veggie, or turkey) or pasta/rice and beef, shrimp, chicken, mini meatball, or tofu sauces accompanied by salad, rolls, seasonal fruit, and dessert. Box lunches include two mini sandwiches with a choice of three sides, such as pasta salad, fruit salad, slaw, chips, or brownies. All lunches come with water, sodas, coffee, and tea.
Mid-day Snack An array of mid-day snack trays such as fruit and cheese, crudités, and Mexican fiesta are accompanied by dips, chips, crackers, and stromboli medallions.
