Turn up the intensity on your Team Development Course

Total Team Challenge Initiative^TM

The Total Team Challenge Initiative is a “high ropes” activity that adds intensity to your Hemlock Overlook Team Development Course. The TTCI creates a simulated organizational environment that will allow your group to apply what they have learned during their program.

VALUEThe high intensity of the activity creates a powerful shared experience that will facilitate team esprit de corp. Team members must rely on each other and work together during the activity resulting in a trusting, supportive team dynamic.

FEE $500 per team with up to 30 members; $100 for each additional group of up to 30 participants.

Tool: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®

Using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the members of your team will better understand their own personality types and those of their colleagues.

VALUE As they become more aware of the strengths of each personality type, they will begin to appreciate and value their differences. It is only through practice and application that team members begin to fully understand the instrument and how it can help their organization. Adding the MBTI to a Team Development Course ensures that your team will use and benefit from the MBTI training they have received.

FEE $50 per participant as part of a Custom program and $500 for MBTI delivery.

Incorporate a tool to understand what motivates teammates in the moment.

Tool: Apter Motivational Style Profile©

The Apter Motivational Style Profile is based on Reversal Theory, which states that at any given time, people make the choices they make based on what motivational state they are in.

VALUE Team members will learn more about motivational states, what states they are in most often, and how their states affect their teammates. Groups will develop skills for reversing into motivational states and determining what the most appropriate state is in the moment.

FEE $50 per participant as part of a Custom program and $500 for AMSP delivery.
