Experience a variety of activities to build your team.
The Team Development Course leads groups through a series of initiatives ranging from unique portable activities to constructed activities, including some typically found on challenge courses.
The variety of activities require problem solving skills, teamwork, individual commitment, and cooperative action. With each activity, the challenge shifts, the stakes become greater, and the intensity increases—all of this to teach the group about itself, i.e. how it works, the group dynamics, the group’s strengths, and areas of opportunity.
VALUE The Team Development Course produces teams who have taken a closer look at themselves and understand how they operate. They experience the unifying power of a shared experience. These teams know their strengths and challenges and are able to grow, learn, and achieve new heights of productivity with this knowledge. Given the new insight, teams are able to discuss differences with a new common language and are able to grow beyond long-standing issues.
