The Total Team Challenge™ is a high element that combines the individual achievement of traversing a 30-foot high vertical apparatus with a powerful team-building experience requiring a ground crew to guide and support their teammates who are crossing the apparatus. This highly-customizable program can be set to mimic client relationships, your office layout, or your organizational structure.

The Total Team Challenge™ simulates the inner workings of an organization or team during a high-pressure project or day-to-day challenges. The group is presented with an objective and then divided into teams to work through logistics, resource allocation, rules and regulations, and to coordinate human capital. As the activity progresses, the group will gain a new perspective on how they work—and could work better—as a team.

VALUE The Total Team Challenge™ provides groups with a powerful shared experience that gives them a new appreciation for the group’s capabilities and achievements. At the same time, the simulation approach allows the group to view how they operate together separate from the work they do. This insight allows the team to become aware of issues and gives them a new common language for discussing and overcoming those challenges.

FEE $4,000 for 16 to 20 participants; $5,000 for 21 to 30 participants; $6,000 for 31 to 40 participants.
