Hemlock Staff Hemlock Overlook employs a community of dedicated and conscientious staff members that practice fun and safe outdoor education. They have distinct backgrounds, a love of nature and the outdoors, and a desire to share their knowledge with others. Most of our professional facilitators are college graduates or are currently pursuing a university graduate degree. Many hold M.S. and Ph.D's in the fields of Organizational Development and Effectiveness, Education, Conflict Resolution, among other fields. All staff members have current first aid and CPR certifications, as well as specialized program and safety training. Hemlock Overlook Staff Members truly love their jobs, and it shows!
