Total Team Challenge - Experience This! Hemlock Overlook announces a new high rope event- the Total Team Challenge! Challenge Environment Adventure       WHAT IS IT? The Total Team Challenge is a new generation of challenge course design. It is an exciting high ropes element that combines the individual thrill of a Zip Wire with the necessity for total group interaction. The team members that go up on the structure cannot complete the challenge unless the support crew on the ground is pulling platforms in to place, assembling the ladder for crossing, and keeping their cables taught. Just like the racecar driver cannot complete the race without the pit crew! But in this event, everyone has the opportunity to be the driver! DO I HAVE TO GO UP ON THE TELELPHONE POLES? No! Challenge-by-Choice is a central philosophy for all Hemlock Overlook programs. Total Team Challenge embraces this philosophy by allowing individuals to decide how they will be most effective in advancing their team's goals. Whether this is by walking a tight-wire(with safety lines) 25 feet in the air, or developing team strategies, anyone can find their challenge zone in this event.
